Nathaniel Labhart, shortened to Nate Lab, is a motorsports and event photographer born in Southern Indiana and raised in Northern Indiana. His love for photography began over the winter of 2013, when his family bought a Canon Rebel T3. Since then, he has worked tirelessly to perfect his craft.
Nathaniel is a member of the Sideline Sports Photography team covering IMSA, Michelin Pilot Challenge, Porsche Carrera Cup, and SRO Sports Car races for Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Intereuropol, PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports, Rennsport 1, Global Motorsports Group, and other teams and drivers. In addition to motorsports, Nathaniel has covered Notre Dame Football and Basketball, NCAA March Madness, and countless IHSAA tournaments and games for The Goshen News.
His work isn't limited to sports. Nathaniel's product photography is used by Karpatia Trucks, and his wedding photos and portraits line the walls and scrap books of many families in and around the Michiana area.
When Nathaniel isn't taking photos, he spends his time at the race track. He races Go-Karts across the country, having competed in the Elkhart Riverwalk Grand Prix, Rock Island Grand Prix, and Cup Kart's North America's Grand Nationals and Spring Nationals.
